The energy efficient improvements to my home in Leisure World turned out wonderful.  I am warm and toasty for the first time in my home.  The air sealing and insulation work really helped with soundproofing.  I no longer hear the sounds outside my house that sounded like the noises and voices that were coming from inside.  Very happy with work performed!

I selected Complete Home Solutions (CHS) to give me a home energy assessment based on the recommendations of two neighbors and the company was listed on the Pepco list of approved Home Performance with Energy Star Contractors.  From my first phone call to schedule my initial assessment to project completion, everyone was very courteous and professional.   During the assessment (2+ hours), Merv answered all my questions.  He took pictures of the crawlspace/attic to show me what work he would be recommending as well as performing a blower door test.  What I liked most about the assessment, there was no sales pressure!   CHS was very accommodating in scheduling the work to meet my schedule.  CHS staff called me to let me know that the crew would arrive within the hour, which they did!  The workers did a walk through explaining to me what work they had listed to perform:  attic insulation, sealing around windows, doors, basement insulation, etc.  All workers were courteous and professional and they did an excellent clean-up job.   Thanks to Linda and others who answered my many questions via phone or email as I wanted to take full advantage of Pepco's rebate for energy improvements to my home.  CHS staff completed and submitted the necessary rebate paperwork to PEPCO.  I recommend Complete Home Solutions to complete your home energy improvement needs.

My electric bill was over $400 a month and now it's about $169 per month.  I am so thankful for the services that Complete Home Solutions provided. They did some air sealing and put in additional insulation in the attic.  I also had my old heat pump replaced with a more efficient model!  I just can't believe the decreased monthly electric bills!  CHS was a great company to work with, and the difference in bills and comfort is amazing.

Merv was very thorough in his inspection of my house.  He explained in detail how the proposed improvements would work and what kinds of materials would be used.  The crew arrived on schedule and worked efficiently until the job was finished.

Zion's Church September/October 2016 newsletter....we also extend thanks to a local company, Complete Home Solutions, who not only picked up all the food orders at SAM's Club, but provided volunteers every Friday who delivered bags to one of our sites. This makes a statement that shows how a local company desires to help those within our community....  A total of 6,393 breakfast bags were given out this summer at 2 mobile home estate parks.  Many employees at CHS were able to volunteer during this summer-long volunteer event.  Many new friendships were formed among the volunteers, families and children receiving breakfast bags.   It was a rewarding experience and the children were very appreciative!

My first contact with your company was Linda.  Linda was amazing.  She called me back immediately, scheduled the home visit and worked with me to schedule the days to complete the work, helped me contact the financing company, followed up on the work that was done. The auditors that came out to my house for the initial meeting and inspection were very knowledgeable and professional.  The inspection was fascinating!  I was also very impressed when we met the second time to go over the items that needed work.   The job was fast and efficient and they cleaned up as they went.  Not only did I feel the temperature difference immediately, but am enjoying watching my Pepco bill decrease each month.  One of the guys came back the next day to finish the attic insulation.  They left my house spotless.  

CHS provided great service.  Linda at the office covered all logistics in a timely manner.  We received an elaborate detailed energy audit and then received a detailed booklet with findings and recommendations from the audit.  We did not take all of the recommendations, but we did hire CHS to do what we wanted done.  We had duct sealing air sealing and some insulation installed.  The work was done quite well.  We were cold in December and definitely warmer in January after CHS completed the work.

We can actually walk into the back of our house and not shiver for the first time in months.  Complete Home Solutions, LLC performed energy efficient improvements to our home including attic air sealing, installing cellulose insulation in the attic, adding a vapor barrier and air sealing the crawl space and sealing foundation vents!  And in addition, we qualify for rebates from the DC Sustainable Energy Utility!

Crews did an excellent job, very professional.  John explained everything that was being done and kept the job site immaculate.  I really appreciate the customer service.
