How knowledgeable was the energy adviser

Merv was very knowledgeable and great explaining with simple to understand analogies for the average homeowner.

Did the energy adviser explain his findings

Merv did a fantastic job explaining the process and where my home is losing the most energy.

Was the energy adviser friendly

Yes. Very much so. I told him the shoe Booties was not necessary but he insisted. Also, my skittish kitty actually came out of hiding AND let Merv pet her!!

Very pleased. Wish I would have called sooner!

How poorly insulation was previously installed around wall/ceiling joints & how much energy is lost through just light switches and outlets alone.
