Mr. James O'Brien was courteous and patient (spending 4+ hours with crawl space inspection and energy audit) and a pleasure to work with. His inspections were very thorough and the explanation of his findings presented in a very professional and relatable manner. Had the scope/cost of the intended work not dictated competitive evaluation and pricing, I would have signed with his company on the spot, hoping that other members of his organization are as diligent in their duties as he is in his. My '5' rating on Complete Home Solutions is simply because there has been no work done yet to confirm this.

1 degree of temperature differential can increase humidity by 5%.
