This home had a super deck that was falling apart, as well as very little insulation on the attic floor, and deteriorating insulation around the air ducts. The next step was blowing in a new layer of Cellulose insulation overtop of the existing cellulose to create a 16in blanket of insulation, this helps trap the conditioned air where it belong, in the house.  We finished this attic by installing a new super deck which now along makes this attic more energy efficient, but also a workable storage area.
