Spray Foam insulation in Washington D.C

Tim's home had an addition added to it several years ago and was insulated underneath by old fiberglass batt insulation. After several summers, the boards covering the insulation had begun to fall out and the insulation was damaged by the moisture. Due to the insulation problems, the room above began to experience more humid temperatures in the summer and colder temperatures in the winter, and after yet another cold winter Amy had had enough and called Complete Home Solutions to assess the situation.  After examining the area, our Home Comfort Specialist recommended spray foaming the floor joist to create a solid insulated barrier underneath the home that would keep the outside elements and temperatures from affecting inside the home.
