Meet the team

Hi, my name is Rob! I founded Complete Home Solutions back in 2001.  I worked for years in the remodeling industry where I developed a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.  I have a unique ability to understand and diagnose almost any home issue.  I am an industry expert and serve as a consultant in a vast array of areas.  I hold many licenses and industry certifications, making me the Complete Home Solution’s resident energy guru! I truly have a passion for fixing uncomfortable homes!

My wife, Michelle, and I have dedicated ourselves to growing a company that improves homes — making them healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient.  

I pride myself on the employees and their incredible work ethic when it comes to serving our clients. Michelle and I have worked hard to create a team that feels like a family and is committed to our mission.

I truly enjoy personally going out with the crew and talking to our clients to make sure that they are fully satisfied with the work. I value what all of our clients have to say and want to use their feedback to thrive, both as a company and as a team. 

In my spare time, I enjoy playing hockey, biking, and spending time with my wife, Michelle, and our five children.

Hi, my name is Michelle! I co-founded the business with my husband Rob back in 2001.  After running a successful remodeling business, we switched gears in 2009 focusing the business on energy efficiency and fixing uncomfortable homes.  Since then, I have dedicated myself to growing a company that improves home comfort — making them healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. I love working with homeowners to help solve their home comfort issues.

I also hold many certifications and am a pioneer in the energy efficiency industry.  I have served on several boards and commissions and continue to champion for energy efficiency. 

In 2014 Complete Home Solutions joined the Dr. Energy Savers National Contractor Network, a group of the best energy conservation contractors in the world, who have exclusive access to unique products, comprehensive training, and national support.

Rob and I pride ourselves on their employees and their incredible work ethic when it comes to serving their clients.  We have worked very hard to create a team that feels like a family and is committed to the company’s core values.

When I am not immersed in learning and growing the business, I enjoy spending time at home with Rob and our five children.

Hi, my name is Jack! I joined Complete Home Solutions in June 2017.  Before that, I worked as a teacher. I received a bachelor’s degree in education.  I also worked in the construction industry, where I gained hands-on building experience. This experience helped me to better understand what areas of your home you can save energy and money on. I decided that working one on one with people to help solve their home comfort issues was my passion.

My day to day job consists of meeting with homeowners, inspecting and diagnosing their home comfort issues. I really enjoy getting to meet new people every day! 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, April, and daughter. I also enjoy sports and being outdoors. I am a huge Washington sports fan! ALL CAPS!

Hi my name is Jonathan and I have been working with Complete Home Solutions for 11 years now! In fact my parents, Rob and Michelle Burgee, own the business! This extensive background in the home services industry gives me a unique perspective when helping customers with the problems in their homes.

I have completed extensive training in building science, HVAC, crawlspace repair, and am a BPI Certified Energy Auditor. No matter what problems you’re experiencing with your home, I will be able to design a custom solution using proven methods and the best products in the industry.

In my free time I enjoy watching soccer and reading good books. I also help coach the high school track team and have a passion for all things running.

Hi, my name is Ben! I have been at Complete Home Solutions for a couple years now. 

My day to day job includes working on your home improvements and overall efficiency. Each day is different, from dry wall repairs to finishing crawl spaces. Since joining the Complete Home Solutions family, I have become BPI certified. In the past I worked with residential remodels and a paint company which helped me to gain my industrial construction background. My favorite part of my job is getting to help people be more comfortable in their homes. 

In my free time I like to snowboard, read books, and watch sports. 

Hi, my name is Charlie! I’ve been working at Complete Home Solutions for a couple of months.

Before I started working here, I played basketball in College at American University where I learned how valuable it is to work as a team. I also invest in real estate and understand the value of quality of work in order to make a home more efficient and comfortable. 

When I am not busy making your home more efficient, I enjoy playing basketball and hanging out with my wife Courtney!

Hi, my name is Matt and I have been working at Complete Home Solutions on and off since I was in High School! From 2021-2022, I was working here as the Marketing Coordinator and following that, I worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at an HVAC supply house. I came back to Complete Home Solutions with more knowledge on HVAC which helps me with what I do now as a Home Comfort Specialist!

My day-to-day consists of me going to houses and performing energy audits in order to find ways to make your home more comfortable and energy efficient. When I’m not out and about, I’m inputting data from my audits which helps me figure out different ways to tackle your project. 

When I’m not working, you can find me with a fishing rod in my hand or rooting for the Washington Commanders and Maryland Terps! 

Hi, my name is Zach and I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for a few months now! My prior work experience as a bath and shower remodel salesman and working with a residential HVAC company has given me the sales and customer service experience needed to strive here at Complete Home Solutions.

My day consists of me traveling out to my appointments and represent our company by giving homeowners the best experience possible. I perform home energy audits while I am out to figure out how we can help make your home more comfortable. What I love most about my job is actually seeing the difference our work makes. As the person who oversees the job from start to finish, it is always satisfying seeing how much of a difference we make!

In my free time, I love to watch movies and any sport that is currently on. I also love ping pong and will accept anyone who challenges me!

Hi, my name is Chris! I have been here at Complete Home Solutions for over a year now.

During my time here at Complete Home Solutions, I have learned the value of having an efficient house. I do my best in order to make sure your home feels more comfortable than it did before you contacted us!

When I’m not working, I enjoy barbecuing and hanging out with my son!

Hi, my name is Mark! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for a little over a year now. 

I like helping others, especially taking a customer’s thought about a certain project and making it come true. I also like making the workplace both fulfilling and fun for the employees. I enjoy the end results. I have over 25 years of experience and certifications such as: BPI Training, Home Inspection Specialist. I also have over 30 years within the Home Improvement Industry, management background, Policies and Procedures.

Being the Handyman Manager, I have a lot of different responsibilities every day. I work in productions, sales, customer service and overall look at areas and ways to improve our daily operations and helping out where I can. I like to live by “Work smarter, not harder.”

In my spare time, I like spending time with my family and friends, having cookouts and listening to music. My favorite song is “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. 

Hi, my name is Allen! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for many years now.

I love working with Michelle and Rob, they are great people, and I love the family they’ve built here. I also love the fact that I get to deal directly with homeowners. In the past, I have worked in sales, roofing, windows, management, and door to door training. I am hoping to expand my knowledge and learn new skills as I grow with Complete Home Solutions. 

My day to day job includes making sure customers installations are going in professionally, developing relationships with current customers, and most importantly enhancing your customer experience! 

When I am not working, I love hanging out with my best friend, my wife of 30 years, and a good bottle of wine! 

HI my name is John! I joined Complete Home Solutions in 2014.  Before joining the team, I spent eight years at a regional insulation company collecting valuable experience, which I now use to help educate homeowners on the benefits of energy efficiency.  I understand the value of helping people live more comfortably in their homes. I enjoy working directly with homeowners to help solve their home comfort issues!   

I have been thoroughly trained and have earned the highly esteemed title of “CERTIFIED Energy Consultant” through the Dr. Energy Saver National Contractor Network.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and dancing. 

Hi my name is Brad! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for a 6 years now.  I have a background in working in the Dr. Energy Saver network.  I also have a passion for helping homeowners solve their home comfort issues.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports and spending time with my wife and two sons! 

Hi my name is Alex! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for about a year now. Before working here, I was a painter, did masonry work, and worked in a body shop. As a crew leader, I’ve grown to really enjoy talking with homeowners and making their home feel comfortable!

When I’m not at work, I love to watch fútbol (not football), play video games, and watch tv shows!

Hi my name is Edwin! I have worked at Complete Home Solutions for a couple months now. Before working at CHS, I worked at a body shop, working on cars. Even though I did not have any insulation experience before I started, I’ve grown to really appreciate the process and how much of a difference it makes once the job is done. 

When I’m not on the job, I like to have fun with my family and friends!

Hi, my name is Jose! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for over a year now.

In the field, I specialize in cellulose installation. Day in and day out, I run my own crew and operate the blow truck.

In my free time, I love to relax, fish, and spend time with my family.

Hi, my name is Jose Alfredo! I have worked at Complete Home Solutions for over a year now. My work experience prior to CHS is driving trucks and working with insulation. I’m a hard worker and love seeing the transformation from before and after our work! 

In my downtime, I love fishing, cooking and spending time with my family!

Hi my name is Ryan! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for over a year now. My prior work experience includes being a truck driver, assisting in handyman work, and working as a janitor. I love the challenge of learning how to do everything we have to offer to help make homeowners’ homes more comfortable.

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and while there, I gained a passion for playing basketball, working out and riding motorcycles! 

Hi, my name is Ciro! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for a while now. Before working here, I was working in attics installing insulation and also did some roofing work. I love to make homeowners homes feel comfortable!

In my spare time, you can find me fishing and spending time with my family and friends! 

Hi, my name is Jason! I joined Complete Home Solutions in March of 2016.  Before that I worked in the customer relations industry.  I have a true passion for helping people.

I work hard to make homes more comfortable and energy efficient for homeowners. 

I always let everyone know my coworkers and the other guys on the home comfort teams are one of many reasons I love coming to work day in and day out. 

In my spare time, I like to spend time at home relaxing and watching sports. especially the Washington Capitols and Commanders. 

Hi, my name is Damian! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for over a year now.

I am one of the Install Technicians and will be one of the faces you see making your house a more comfortable place!

Hi, my name is Katie! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions since June 2017. I graduated from the University of Maryland! I am in the Robert H. Smith School of Business at UMD, studying Finance.

My day-to-day tasks include training and implementing processes that will help the office move more smoothly and efficiently. This includes creating step-by-step procedures that employees can follow and presentations to go along with the procedures. I also do a little bit of administrative work that needs to get done daily around the office. 

When I am not in the office, I love hanging out with my wonderful husband and relaxing in the sun with a good book!

Hi, my name is Logan! I started working at Complete Home Solutions in January of 2022. In 2021, I graduated from Towson University with a degree in Graphic Design. Before working here, I worked 4 years at Bay Stoves in Edgewater as a Lead Technician and Installer. While there, I learned how to work with tools and with my hands while also learning how to interact with customers to make sure they have a pleasant experience.

I started as a Home Comfort Technician back in 2022 and after 2 and a half years working in that department, in 2024 I started working in the office as the Marketing Coordinator. The experience in the field has helped me understand the type of work we do and makes what I do now easier! When I’m not in the office, I try to get into the field every once in a while to get marketing content from our team while also supporting them on the job. 

In my free time, I love to watch movies (especially in the movie theater) and TV shows and spend time with my wife! 

Fun fact about me: I’ve been a diehard Baltimore Ravens fan my whole life!
