Calvert Hospice Gets Energy Efficient

Challenge

The owner of Shoppe for Hospice was having a really difficult time with her monthly electric bills. As a non-profit, every penny from donations and grants counts. We met up with her and decided that we could certainly help this great organization by making the building more energy efficient. 

Solution

A major source of energy loss in this building was the duct work in the ceiling. There were a lot of spots where air was leaking through, which is never a good thing. We used spray foam in order to air seal those ducts and keep the conditioned air where it belongs. This will make a huge difference for the owner and give her the opportunity to help more people! We at Complete Home Solutions were happy to help such a wonderful lady and great cause. 

Here our guys are air sealing the building's duct work. We work hard to make sure every leak gets covered!
