Merv was straightforward with no caveats or "gotchas". Clear discussion of options, uncomplicated pricing.
Our Installation Crew
On time, polite, respectful, diligent, very competent, not rushed, likeable. I trusted crew chief Benjamin and he was great. His helpers TJ and Mike were also excellent. The work done looked great and solved my problems.
The Cleanup Process
The crew cleaned up each day before leaving. Took out all trash and debris. No cleanup after cleanup required.

What made you choose our company:

I had a few estimates done. This proposal was superior. It was priced competitively, and a close look at the detail showed I was getting more for my money. They offered better materials and some incremental work. I liked the people and I felt they would stand behind their work. They provided a referral in my neighborhood who confirmed her high regard for the company. (I found later that they actually did some additional things that weren't even on my quote and weren't charged. How many more good things can I say?)
